!redeem

The !redeem command allows viewers to exchange their loyalty points for items listed in the channel’s StreamElements Stream Store.

Usage

To redeem an item:

!redeem <item_name>

Examples

Redeeming a sound effect named “Air Horn”:

ViewerName:!redeem Air Horn

StreamElements:@User successfully redeemed Air Horn for 100 points!

Trying to redeem an item the user can’t afford:

Example chat

ViewerName:!redeem Expensive Item

StreamElements:@User, you do not have enough points to redeem Expensive Item (Cost: 5000).

Trying to redeem a disabled or non-existent item:

Example chat

ViewerName:!redeem Old Item

StreamElements:@User, item "Old Item" not found or is not available.

Parameters

• <item_name> (Required): The exact name of the store item to redeem (case-sensitive). Find item names on the store page (link via !items command).

Configuration

• Configure the Stream Store and Loyalty System under Chatbot -> Modules and Loyalty -> Loyalty Settings / Stream Store.
• Items must be created in the Stream Store with names, costs, cooldowns, etc.
• Items must be enabled to be redeemable.
