Granting Dashboard Access to Your Mods

Give moderators dashboard access at one of three levels:

• Bot Supervisor — chatbot configuration, moderation commands, and chat management tools.
• Editor — the above, plus overlays, alerts, widgets, and most other dashboard sections.
• Full Control — the above, plus account and channel settings — equivalent to the channel owner.

Grant access

1. Click your profile picture (top right of the dashboard) and scroll to My Managers — or go directly to your channel access settings.
2. Select the access level to grant.
3. Click Generate Invite Link and share it with the moderator.
4. Once they open the link, they can select your channel from the top left of the site to start moderating.

Note

Invite links expire after 72 hours if unused, and each one can only be redeemed once.

This is separate from a chatbot user level — dashboard access controls what someone can do in the StreamElements website itself, not what a chat command requires.
