Importing from Other Platforms

Before you start: log in to both your source platform and StreamElements, and install any browser extension the method below asks for.

Open the import menu from Import at the top right of your dashboard, your profile menu, or directly at the import page.

From Streamlabs

Click Import Using Extension, install and add the Chrome extension, then follow its on-screen instructions — you’ll need to be logged into both Streamlabs and StreamElements.

From Nightbot

Click Import, approve StreamElements in the authorization popup, make sure both Commands and Timers are checked, and click Import. Afterward, find your commands under Custom Commands and your timers under Timers.

From a CSV file

Click Import and choose the CSV file(s) you want to bring in.

From Deepbot

Keep Deepbot open and running, go to Master Settings, and copy your API secret. Click Import Now, paste the secret, and your points will appear in your Leaderboard.

From Moobot

Click Install Chrome Extension, add it to Chrome, and follow its on-screen instructions — you’ll need to be logged into both Moobot and StreamElements.

From TipeeeStream

Click Install Chrome Extension, add it to Chrome, and follow its on-screen instructions — you’ll need to be logged into both TipeeeStream and StreamElements.

From Ankhbot / Streamlabs Chatbot

1. In Ankhbot/Streamlabs Chatbot, click Connections (bottom left) → Cloud → Pick Folder, choose a backup location, then Save and Save Settings.
2. Click Create Split Excel Files to export your commands and quotes, and Export Currency CSV to export your points.
3. On the import page, click Import Now under Ankhbot/Streamlabs.
4. Under Points, select the Currency.csv file you exported.
5. Under Commands/Quotes, select your exported Commands.xlsx and Quotes.xlsx files.
6. Click Import.

Caution

Remove any header row from your points CSV before importing — a header present, or any blank points field, will cause the import to fail.
